Andre specializes in patent landscaping, patent evaluation, and patent prosecution across a wide variety of technologies. In particular, Andre focuses his practice on developing patent strategy and managing patent portfolios, for clients of all sizes in a diverse range of technical fields including electronic circuitry, computer software, robotics, artificial intelligence, communication devices, audio/video media, and countless others. Based on his extensive experience with both private practice and as in-house counsel for the biggest patent filer in the world, he has conducted thousands of prior art searches and successfully drafted/prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents.
Andre is a south FL native who enjoys spending his free time traveling or at the beach. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated and the Vice-Chair of the IBM Black Network of New York (BNNY).
