Consistently recognized and awarded as one of the top intellectual property attorneys in her area, Kristen is highly experienced in the fields of trademark and copyright registration, licensing, enforcement, and litigation and has closed transactions with companies like Walmart, Target, Lululemon, Chipotle, and more. In recent years, Kristen has helped Web3 business owners protect and strategize their IP in the ever-shifting world of the metaverse. She's also worked as an adjunct law professor, teaching various intellectual property courses, and is heavily involved in giving back to her community - serving as a commissioner for the City of San Diego's Redistricting Commission and now as an executive team member of TEDXSanDiego.
Kristen is passionate about giving back to creative communities, specifically those from historically marginalized backgrounds, and her firm's client roster boasts both startups as well as billion-dollar companies.

Amanda L. Bruss, Esq.

Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in fine art from the University of Florida. After a brief stint as a professional artist, she attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where she served as student government internal Vice president, executive editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, and president of her class.
Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2006, she has litigated intellectual property cases in federal courts around the country, provided advice and counsel for small businesses, and served as general counsel for a cannabis start-up.
She is licensed to practice in California, Colorado, and New Jersey, and lives in Denver, Colorado with her two boys and Kodiak, her co-dependent Bernese mountain dog.

Andre Adkins, Esq.
PATENT ATTORNEY
Andre specializes in patent landscaping, patent evaluation, and patent prosecution across a wide variety of technologies. In particular, he focuses his practice on developing patent strategies and managing patent portfolios for clients of all sizes in a diverse range of technical fields. Based on his extensive experience with both private practice and as in-house counsel for the biggest patent filer in the world, he has conducted thousands of prior art searches and successfully drafted/prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign patents. Andre is admitted to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Andre is a South FL native who enjoys spending his free time traveling or at the beach. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated and the Vice-Chair of the IBM Black Network of New York (BNNY).

Allegra graduated from California State University, Long Beach with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. Allegra’s passion for music and art sparked her interest in intellectual property. Allegra graduated from Southwestern Law School with a concentration in Entertainment and Media Law. While in law school, Allegra worked with the Entertainment & the Arts Legal Clinic and was an editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
Allegra lives in Southern California. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her two cats and German Shepherds, horseback riding, playing music, and attending concerts.

Savannah’s practice focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, management, and enforcement. She has represented clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries, from commercial and consumer goods to software service providers and social media platforms.
Savannah graduated from UC Santa Barbara with honors and received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time at USD she served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant and volunteered with the Gender-marker and Name Change Clinic. In her spare time, enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga and nurturing her collection of houseplants.
