Kristen is a California-based intellectual property attorney who helps business owners build a bridge from their brands to their bank accounts. Consistently recognized and awarded as one of the top intellectual property attorneys in her area, Kristen is highly experienced in the fields of trademark and copyright registration, licensing, enforcement, and litigation and has closed transactions with companies like Walmart, Target, Lululemon, Chipotle, and more. In recent years, Kristen has helped Web3 business owners protect and strategize their IP in the ever-shifting world of the metaverse. She's also worked as an adjunct law professor, teaching various intellectual property courses, and is heavily involved in giving back to her community - serving as a commissioner for the City of San Diego's Redistricting Commission and now as an executive team member of TEDXSanDiego.

Kristen is passionate about giving back to creative communities, specifically those from historically marginalized backgrounds, and her firm's client roster boasts both startups as well as billion-dollar companies.
